Sean O’Brian

Sean O’Brian is an actively licensed commercial real estate agent and sponsor specializing in multifamily and manufactured housing communities in Northern & Central California. He is integral in aiding his clients and investors in the acquisition of over $119,750,000 in commercial workforce housing assets totaling more than 1,100 units across California and the Nation. Currently, Sean serves as the Founder and Managing Partner  of LEGACY CAPITAL PARTNERS, a privately held real estate investment company that sources, acquires, operates, and improves small to medium sized apartments and manufactured housing communities in growing secondary and tertiary markets with favorable fundamentals.

Sean was a four year collegiate athlete and graduated with Honors from Eastern Oregon University with his B.S. Degree in Health and Wellness Studies. He is a Sacramento, CA native and lives with his young family of four in El Dorado Hills, CA.

Sean enjoys yoga and meditation as well as outdoor activities like hiking, camping, back packing, & mountain biking with his young family.

Shane Swanberg

Shane started investing in 2013 by purchasing high cash flow single family rental houses.  After seven years of buying a couple per year, he moved up into the apartment space by purchasing a 16-unit apartment building in March of 2020.  In 2021, he partnered on various deals including a 90-unit apartment, a 28-unit apartment, a 25-unit apartment that has 2 commercial spaces, and also a 10-unit apartment building.  In December of 2021, Shane purchased a 52-unit apartment building and his latest acquisition was of 28-units in Northern California. In addition to being an active investor, sponsor, & LP, Shane also owns and operates a high-volume Residential Redevelopment business in the Greater Sacramento region and has flipped over 120 houses from 2018-Present. 

Shane is a Sacramento native and now lives in Rocklin with his growing family of four.

Shane enjoys travel, snow boarding, wake surfing, and training his mind & body for peak performance and longevity.

Michael Stewart

Michael Stewart is responsible for the outstanding asset management and value-add execution at Legacy Capital Partners. Prior to LCP, Michael was in acquisitions for Johnson Development, Inc. a national multifamily developer in San Francisco. He was previously a senior analyst with Maximus and an acquisitions analyst with Bascom in San Francisco. He also has extensive  experience as the  head of acquisitions & asset management for a portfolio of over 2,000 units in Northern California. Through his career he has been responsible for the acquisition, asset managed, disposition and recapitalization of assets exceeding $400 million in total value.

Michael is a graduate of California State University, Chico with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. He lives in the Greater Bay Area with his wife and newborn son.

Michael is an avid outdoorsman and when not with his budding family he regularly enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking.

Kim Williams

Kim Williams is a licensed real estate agent and owner/property manager of Feather River Property Management. Kim started in property management in 2007 and has extensive experience in the management of large portfolios of single-family residences, multifamily apartment buildings, as well as commercial property. Wanting to provide an amazing service, Kim was motivated to open her own property management company in 2017. Although Kim’s love for property management is great, there is no greater love  than the love she has for family. Kim’s spare time is spent with her husband, children and grandchildren. As a leader in her local real estate markets and the property management community, Kim is also an active member of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stays current on the latest property management industry tools and trends.
